Homemade coloring: 3 tips to remove unwanted spots on the skin
To have already tried the experiment several times, we can say it: to make its camp at home without leaving traces, it is an almost impossible mission. Nothing really bad a priori, unless the color ends its course on the skin of the face, neck, or hands. Here are some tips to help you correct your shot.
Alcohol + washing-up liquid
Soak a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol, then add a drop of washing up liquid on top. Use your finger to mix the two together and lather up a bit. Finally, gently rub the stains with it before rinsing.
Baking soda + washing up liquid
Pour three tablespoons of baking soda and one tablespoon of dish soap into a container. Mix and use a washcloth to gently remove traces of colo. Rinse well and you're done!
White vinegar
If neither of these two formulas do the job perfectly, try white wine vinegar as a last resort. Put some on a loofa (a kind of exfoliating washcloth) and run it over the affected areas before rinsing. This should permanently wash away all traces of color. Be careful, however, this last tip is not recommended for sensitive skin.
