How to wash your hair Shampoo, step by step
Preparation: Comb your hair to remove any residues of styling products.
Shampoo: Do you have fine, oily, or dry hair? Dandruff? Always use the right shampoo for your hair type.
Water - 1 st part: Wet your hair with warm water.
Quantity of product: The equivalent of a dab of shampoo is enough to wash short to medium length hair. If your hair is longer, increase the dose by distributing the product in various places of your hair.
Massage: Lather the shampoo with a little water in the palm of your hands, then apply this mixture to the scalp and hair using circular massages. Be careful not to scratch your scalp with your fingernails.
Water - 2 nd part: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all the shampoo. Your hair should "crunch" when you slide it through your tight fingers.
Water - 3 rd part: In finishing, wash your hair with cold water. This little "boost" is ideal for stimulating blood circulation.
Care: A conditioner coats the hair in a protective film, softens them, makes them shine, and facilitates disentangling. A hair mask fills the gaps in porous hair. In case of damaged hair and/or dry ends, apply a mask once a week in place of the conditioner.
Water - 4 th part: Rinse the conditioner or mask in warm water until the hair creaks your fingers.
Spin: As wet hair is particularly sensitive, do not rub it! Wrap them in a towel tied in a turban and just squeeze them gently. The towel will absorb water without damaging them.
Detangling: Comb your hair carefully. As they are still wet - and therefore sensitive - loosen any knots gently, without exerting tension.
Frequency: Wash your hair every two to three days, if only to give it the care it needs.
